Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist to join our elite Security Operations Center in Badi. This role is critical to our mission of defending high-value assets against advanced persistent threats (APTs) and zero-day exploits. The successful candidate will lead investigations into complex security breaches, perform deep-dive forensic analysis, and develop strategic remediation plans to mitigate future risks. This is a high-stakes position that requires a deep understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex incident response engagements from detection to remediation.
  • Conduct deep-dive digital forensics on endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Analyze malware samples and reverse-engineer malicious code to understand attacker behavior.
  • Develop and implement containment and eradication strategies for active security breaches.
  • Collaborate with global threat intelligence teams to proactively hunt for emerging threats.
  • Provide expert-level guidance to clients during critical security emergencies.
  • Document detailed post-incident reports and provide strategic recommendations for security hardening.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS internals and file systems.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and traffic analysis.
  • Strong capability in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills under high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business risk assessments.

Education

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related technical field is required. Candidates with equivalent professional experience and advanced certifications may be considered.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years specifically focused on incident response and digital forensics in a large-scale enterprise environment. Proven track record of managing large-scale security breaches is essential.

Salary
