Job Overview

The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will play a critical role in our Security Operations Center (SOC), acting as a frontline defender against advanced persistent threats (APTs) and zero-day exploits. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced threat hunting and forensic analysis to identify malicious activity within complex enterprise environments.
• Lead incident response efforts, including containment, eradication, and recovery from security breaches.
• Develop and implement sophisticated detection rules and automated playbooks for the SOC.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts across various business units.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of security operations workflows.
• Analyze emerging threat intelligence to proactively harden defenses against new attack vectors.

Required Skills

• Expertise in SIEM, EDR, and NDR technologies is essential for this role.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and other networking protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a dedicated cybersecurity role, preferably within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or a high-stakes incident response team.
