Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Asmara, Eritrea. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in working with electrical systems, including power generation, transmission, and distribution. You will be expected to work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and infrastructure
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to identify and resolve technical problems
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, transmission, and distribution
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognized university.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the energy sector.

Salary

Nakfa 5,000 – 8,000 per month.
