Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team in Barentu. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting emerging cyber threats to protect our global client base. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns associated with advanced persistent threats (APTs).

  • Monitor dark web forums and social media for emerging indicators of compromise (IoCs).
  • Collaborate with incident response teams to provide actionable intelligence during active breaches.
  • Develop and refine detection rules for endpoint security platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of threat modeling frameworks.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, or other scripting languages for data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
  • Excellent technical writing skills for intelligence reporting.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and malware analysis techniques.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, or CEH are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity operations, threat intelligence, or digital forensics.
