Job Overview
The Sustainable Geospatial Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support sustainable development initiatives in Eritrea. The successful candidate will have a strong background in geospatial science and experience working with satellite imagery and geospatial data analytics tools.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support sustainable development initiatives in Eritrea
- Develop and implement geospatial data analytics tools and methods
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize geospatial data needs
- Provide training and support to users of geospatial data analytics tools
Required Skills
- Strong background in geospatial science
- Experience working with satellite imagery and geospatial data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science or related field
