Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality control department in Badi. This critical role is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance protocols, ensuring that our manufacturing processes adhere to both local and international food safety regulations. The successful candidate will manage a team of specialists to monitor production lines, conduct rigorous testing, and implement corrective actions to maintain the integrity of our brand. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of quality control technicians and inspectors.
- Conduct regular audits of raw material suppliers and internal production processes.
- Manage compliance with ISO standards and local food safety regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement preventive measures against quality deviations.
- Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency without compromising quality.
Required Skills
- Advanced expertise in food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical and microbiological testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Education
A Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or a closely related scientific field is mandatory. Professional certifications in Quality Management or Food Safety Auditing are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance within a large-scale manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Proven experience in managing large teams and navigating complex regulatory landscapes is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
