Job Overview

The Senior Hospitality Guest Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in defining the guest experience at our premier Assab location. This role is designed for a sophisticated professional who understands the nuances of luxury service and can lead a team to exceed international hospitality benchmarks. You will be the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring that every aspect of their stay is seamless, personalized, and memorable. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the guest relations team to deliver personalized service to all international and local VIP clients.
  • Develop and implement guest engagement strategies to increase repeat bookings and loyalty program enrollment.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement corrective actions based on feedback trends.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments to ensure room readiness and special guest requests are met.
  • Manage high-level guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency to ensure complete resolution.
  • Oversee the VIP arrival and departure protocols to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest psychology.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM software.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact with diverse international clientele.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in luxury service management or advanced customer relationship management are highly desirable.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a guest relations or front office department. Proven experience in handling high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance during the probationary period.
