Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to lead our structural and infrastructure design teams in Badi. This role is critical to the success of our upcoming regional development projects. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from initial feasibility studies and design to construction supervision and final handover. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex civil engineering projects, including bridges, roads, and large-scale drainage systems.
  • Perform advanced structural analysis and ensure all designs comply with international safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to mitigate risks and prevent structural failures.
  • Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and environmental consultants to integrate multi-disciplinary requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, project schedules, and budget estimates for senior management review.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or ETABS.
  • In-depth knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and soil mechanics.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including resource allocation and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, contractors, and government officials.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and international construction regulations and environmental laws.

Education

A Master of Science in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic background in structural mechanics and materials science. Professional licensure or certification from a recognized engineering board is highly preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
