Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aviation Safety Inspector to join our technical team in Badi. This role is vital to our mission of maintaining the highest safety standards in the aviation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting rigorous inspections, auditing maintenance procedures, and ensuring that all operations comply with both international aviation regulations and local safety mandates. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive technical inspections on aircraft components and airframes to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.

- Lead investigations into technical discrepancies or safety incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine safety management systems (SMS).
- Monitor compliance with international aviation standards (EASA, FAA) and local Eritrean civil aviation regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior inspectors and maintenance technicians.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and compliance documentation for regulatory authorities.

Salary
The offered salary for this position is between 45,000 and 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s specific expertise and technical certifications.
