Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Systems Engineer to join our team in Ghinda, Eritrea. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing renewable energy systems, including solar and wind power plants, to meet the energy demands of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop renewable energy systems, including solar and wind power plants, to meet the energy demands of our customers.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of renewable energy projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement and construction, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners to promote Siemens Energy’s renewable energy solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong background in renewable energy engineering, including solar and wind power systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, stakeholders and partners.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
Experience
8-12 years of experience in renewable energy engineering, with a strong background in solar and wind power systems.
Salary
SSP 80,000 – SSP 120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
