Job Overview

The Curriculum Development Specialist will lead the design, review, and implementation of curricula for secondary education in the Southern Red Sea region, with a focus on integrating competency‑based learning, digital tools, and culturally relevant content. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum frameworks for subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with schools, teachers, and community stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Integrate digital learning resources, interactive media, and assessment tools into curriculum designs.
• Coordinate pilot testing of new curricula in selected schools and gather feedback for refinement.
• Ensure alignment with national education standards, UNESCO guidelines, and regional development objectives.
• Prepare detailed curriculum documentation, teacher guides, and student workbooks.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teachers on curriculum implementation.

Education

Salary
