Job Overview
The Policy Analyst will support UNDP’s mission in Eritrea by conducting rigorous research, drafting policy briefs, and providing strategic recommendations to government partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Education

Experience
Applicants should have 3‑5 years of professional experience in policy analysis, public administration, research institutions, think‑tanks, or international development organizations. Experience working in Eritrea or the Horn of Africa region is strongly preferred.
