Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Urban Planner to join our team in Mendefera, Eritrea. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading urban planning projects and developing sustainable urban development strategies that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the sustainable development of communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, with a focus on sustainable development and community engagement. They will be able to work effectively with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other professionals, to develop and implement urban planning projects that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the sustainable development of communities.
The successful candidate will be based in Mendefera, Eritrea, and will be required to travel frequently to project sites and client meetings. They will be part of a dynamic and experienced team of professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead urban planning projects and develop sustainable urban development strategies that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the sustainable development of communities.
- Work effectively with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other professionals, to develop and implement urban planning projects.
- Develop and implement urban planning policies and regulations that promote sustainable development and community engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sustainable urban development.
- Develop and implement urban planning projects that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the sustainable development of communities.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on sustainable development and community engagement.
- Strong background in urban planning, with a focus on sustainable development and community engagement.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education
