Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hydropower Plant Engineer to lead our technical operations in the Barentu region. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our hydroelectric assets. The successful candidate will oversee complex engineering projects, manage technical teams, and implement advanced monitoring systems to optimize water usage and power output. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of hydroelectric turbine and generator systems.

- Optimize plant performance through the implementation of digital twin technology and real-time data analytics.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in large-scale hydropower plant operations or hydroelectric turbine manufacturing. Proven experience in the African energy sector is a significant advantage.
Salary
The offered salary range for this position is 45,000 to 65,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and technical expertise.
