Job Overview
The Senior E-commerce Logistics Specialist will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process for our online platform, ensuring that every order is processed, packed, and delivered with precision. You will manage complex logistics networks, optimize warehouse operations for e-commerce, and coordinate with last-mile delivery partners to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient e-commerce fulfillment workflows to minimize delivery lead times.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels specifically for online sales channels to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate last-mile delivery.
- Analyze delivery data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Manage the returns process (reverse logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align stock availability with promotional campaigns.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Management are highly desirable.

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a specific focus on e-commerce fulfillment or retail distribution. Proven experience in managing digital inventory systems is essential for success in this role.
Salary
