Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

Mining Operations Management

• Supervise daily mining and extraction activities to ensure productivity targets are achieved
• Coordinate mining schedules and operational workflows
• Monitor excavation, drilling, blasting, hauling, and mineral processing activities
• Ensure effective utilization of mining equipment and operational resources
• Support efficient mine production and extraction planning

Workforce Supervision & Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise mining personnel and operational teams
