Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Forestry Systems Analyst to join our team in Senafe, Eritrea. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions to support our conservation and sustainability efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, forestry, or a related field, and experience in developing and implementing digital systems. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital solutions to support conservation and sustainability efforts
  • Collaborate with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to identify and address conservation priorities
  • Conduct field research and data collection to inform conservation and sustainability efforts
  • Develop and maintain databases and other digital systems to support conservation and sustainability efforts
  • Provide technical support and training to local communities and other stakeholders

Required Skills

  • Strong background in environmental science, forestry, or a related field
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a related field

Salary
