We are seeking a skilled Air Traffic Control Systems Engineer to join our team in Ghinda, Eritrea. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement air traffic control systems, including radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
• Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with international aviation standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for air traffic control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
• Collaborate with aviation authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations of existing systems to enhance performance and safety.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, operational procedures, and training materials.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Ensure all systems adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards set by local and international aviation bodies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in air traffic control systems, including radar, ADS-B, and communication networks.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and standards, such as those from ICAO and FAA.

Education

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in air traffic control systems engineering, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining aviation infrastructure. Experience working in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.
