Job Overview
The Academic Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating academic programs within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Reporting to the Dean of Academic Affairs, you will collaborate with department heads, faculty members, and external stakeholders to ensure curricula meet accreditation standards and market relevance. This position is central to enhancing the university’s reputation for delivering high‑quality education and fostering student success.
In this role, you will manage program lifecycles from conception to delivery, oversee budgeting, coordinate scheduling, and support faculty development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and revise program curricula in collaboration with faculty to ensure relevance and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Coordinate course scheduling, resource allocation, and classroom assignments for all program offerings.
- Monitor program performance metrics, analyze enrollment trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
- Manage program budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Facilitate faculty workshops, training sessions, and professional development activities related to program delivery.
- Liaise with industry partners, alumni, and community organizations to create internship opportunities and experiential learning components.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates holding a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Curriculum Development, or a comparable field will be given preference.
Experience
Applicants should possess 3‑5 years of experience in academic program coordination, curriculum development, or university administration. Experience with accreditation processes and budget management is highly desirable.
Salary
The position offers a competitive salary range of 150,000 to 250,000 SSP per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional performance‑based incentives may be provided.
