Job Overview

We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Senior Aviation Safety Auditor to join our specialized compliance team in Badi. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed internal audits of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems (SMS) to mitigate operational risks.
• Review and validate technical documentation, maintenance logs, and certification records for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor compliance with evolving international aviation standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for any identified safety discrepancies or non-conformities.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of EASA, FAA, and local aviation regulatory frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and maintenance manuals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to uncompromising safety standards.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory. Advanced certifications in Aviation Safety Auditing or Quality Management Systems are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in aviation safety, quality assurance, or aircraft maintenance auditing. Proven experience working within an MRO environment is essential for this role. We are looking for individuals who have successfully managed complex audit cycles and have a track record of improving safety performance.

Salary
