Job Overview

We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Senior Aviation Safety Auditor to join our specialized compliance team in Badi. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed internal audits of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems (SMS) to mitigate operational risks.
  • Review and validate technical documentation, maintenance logs, and certification records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present detailed audit reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor compliance with evolving international aviation standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations for any identified safety discrepancies or non-conformities.

  • Expert knowledge of EASA, FAA, and local aviation regulatory frameworks.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and maintenance manuals.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related technical field is mandatory. Advanced certifications in Aviation Safety Auditing or Quality Management Systems are highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in aviation safety, quality assurance, or aircraft maintenance auditing. Proven experience working within an MRO environment is essential for this role. Salary
