Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aviation Safety Auditor to join our specialized compliance team in Badi. This role is vital for maintaining our reputation as a premier provider of aerospace services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of maintenance processes, documentation, and facility standards to ensure strict adherence to international aviation regulations and company protocols. This position requires a deep understanding of EASA and FAA standards, as well as the ability to identify potential risks before they impact operational safety. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed internal audits of maintenance procedures and technical documentation to ensure compliance with international aviation standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems (SMS) to mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate non-conformities and implement corrective action plans.
- Monitor and report on safety performance indicators to senior management.
- Perform regular inspections of hangar facilities and specialized tooling to ensure operational readiness.
- Lead training sessions for technical staff regarding updated safety regulations and compliance protocols.

- Expert knowledge of international aviation safety regulations (EASA, FAA, and ICAO).
- Advanced proficiency in technical auditing methodologies and risk assessment tools.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. Professional certifications in Aviation Safety Auditing or Quality Management Systems (QMS) are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, or safety auditing within a large-scale MRO environment. Proven experience in managing complex compliance frameworks is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and qualifications.
