Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Training Manager to lead our professional development initiatives in Barentu. This role is critical to maintaining the high service standards that Marriott is known for globally. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that cover everything from front-desk operations to fine-dining etiquette. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute specialized training modules for housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Conduct regular performance audits to ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
• Develop leadership development programs for junior supervisors and department heads.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Onboard new employees to ensure seamless integration into the Marriott culture.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality training, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Proven experience in managing training departments and developing curriculum is essential for success in this role.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
