Job Overview
Philips Eritrea is seeking a Digital Health Systems Analyst to lead the integration of digital health solutions in Eritrean healthcare facilities. This role will focus on optimizing electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, and data analytics tools to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The position offers opportunities to contribute to national healthcare digitization initiatives while working with a globally recognized organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital health systems for hospitals and clinics
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify system requirements
- Conduct data analysis to improve healthcare delivery processes
- Provide technical support for telemedicine platforms and diagnostic tools
- Train healthcare staff on digital health technologies
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with health IT standards
Required Skills
- Proven experience with health information systems (HIS) and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and digital privacy laws
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience in project management for IT implementations
- Fluency in Eritrean languages (Tigrinya, Arabic, English) preferred
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced certifications in healthcare IT (e.g., RHIA, CPHIMS) are a plus.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, preferably in emerging markets. Prior work with digital health systems in Eritrea or neighboring regions is advantageous.
Salary
15,000 – 25,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
