Job Overview
This position requires designing and implementing technology-enhanced learning solutions for schools in Keren and surrounding regions. The specialist will collaborate with educators to develop interactive curricula, manage digital learning platforms, and provide technical training to teachers and students. The role emphasizes bridging the digital divide in Eritrean education through strategic technology deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational technology frameworks for K-12 institutions
- Train teachers in digital pedagogy and classroom technology integration
- Manage e-learning platform content creation and maintenance
- Conduct needs assessments for school technology infrastructure upgrades
- Monitor educational technology trends and recommend innovations
Required Skills
- Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation
- Experience with educational software development and integration
- Strong understanding of Eritrean education system requirements
- Project management skills for multi-school technology rollouts
- Fluency in Tigrinya and English
Education
- Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field

Salary
