Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage enterprise software applications and user accounts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, antivirus protection, and data backup procedures.
• Maintain cloud-based systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support database administration and system integration projects.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and system reports.
• Assist with procurement and evaluation of IT equipment and software.
• Conduct user training sessions on technology tools and security awareness.
• Collaborate with vendors and external service providers.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional, Cisco CCNA, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or equivalent will be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and business applications.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and data protection practices.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and database systems is preferred.
