Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex drug discovery and development programs from initial concept through to preclinical validation.
• Design and implement advanced experimental methodologies to evaluate new chemical entities.
• Supervise and mentor junior research scientists and laboratory technicians to ensure scientific excellence.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical modeling to interpret research outcomes accurately.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of post-doctoral experience in a professional pharmaceutical research environment. Salary

The offered salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
