Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality management systems in Barentu. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with international GMP standards.
- Lead internal and external audits to verify the integrity of the supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Manage the investigation of quality deviations, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee the validation of laboratory equipment and analytical methods used in product testing.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to ensure all documentation meets national health authority requirements.
- Train and mentor junior quality assurance staff to foster a culture of quality excellence.
Required Skills
- Expert knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in quality management software and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Education
A Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related chemical science is mandatory. A PhD in a relevant scientific field is highly preferred. Professional certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an added advantage.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or quality control within a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment. Proven experience in managing regulatory audits and implementing CAPA systems is essential for this role.
Salary
The offered salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience and technical expertise. This is a competitive package designed to attract top-tier talent in the region.
