We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-learning Instructional Designer to lead our digital curriculum development initiatives in Keren. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive e-learning modules using advanced authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with academic experts to translate complex curriculum into interactive digital content.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and design targeted digital interventions.
- Implement multimedia elements including video, interactive quizzes, and gamified learning paths.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs through data analytics and user feedback.
- Ensure all digital content meets international accessibility standards for inclusive learning.
Required Skills
- Expertise in instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Dick and Carey.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Advanced understanding of User Experience (UX) design principles applied to educational interfaces.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple curriculum development cycles simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and academic teams.
Education
A Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Pedagogy may be considered if accompanied by extensive professional experience in digital curriculum development.
Experience
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of five years of professional experience in designing digital learning solutions for large-scale organizations. Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of e-learning development, from initial analysis to final deployment and evaluation, is essential. Experience working within international NGOs or educational institutions is highly preferred.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and previous experience in the field.
