Job Overview

The Financial Compliance Analyst will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Barclays’ operations in Eritrea by monitoring, assessing, and reporting on regulatory compliance matters. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or Tigrinya is a plus.
  • Proficiency in compliance software and data analysis tools.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or ACCA are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience
