Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with educators to create engaging, culturally relevant learning materials.
- Design interactive digital content using authoring tools and multimedia software.
- Conduct research to ensure content aligns with national education frameworks.
- Review and update existing educational resources for accuracy and relevance.
- Provide training to teachers on digital content integration.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in educational content design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Articulate).
- Strong understanding of Eritrean education standards and pedagogical practices.
- Experience in digital learning platform development (e.g., Moodle, LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Tigrinya and English.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in educational content development or digital learning.
- Experience in Eritrean or African education contexts is advantageous.
Salary
150,000 – 200,000 SSP per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
