Job Overview
The Financial Inclusion Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives that expand access to affordable credit, savings, and payment services for low‑income individuals and small businesses in Eritrea. This role involves close collaboration with local banks, microfinance institutions, fintech startups, and regulatory bodies to create an enabling environment for inclusive finance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market assessments to identify gaps in financial services for underserved segments.

Education

Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in financial services, microfinance, development finance, or a comparable field. Experience working in East Africa or with international development agencies will be considered a strong asset.
Salary
The position offers a competitive salary range of SSP 150,000 to SSP 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives may be provided.
