Job Overview
The Senior Hospitality Training Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the service culture at our Barentu location. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can translate global brand standards into local operational excellence. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that cover everything from front-desk etiquette to advanced culinary techniques and leadership development. This is a high-impact position that directly influences guest satisfaction scores and employee retention rates.
As a key leader within the Human Resources department, you will work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive training curricula for all hotel departments.
- Conduct regular performance audits to ensure compliance with international hospitality standards.
- Develop leadership development programs for emerging supervisors and managers.
- Analyze training effectiveness through guest feedback and operational KPIs.
- Manage the training budget and resource allocation for the Barentu facility.
- Onboard new hires with a focus on brand culture and service excellence.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality training, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within a luxury or upscale hotel environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale training programs is essential.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
