We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior UX Designer to join our growing creative team in Barentu. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment.
• Conduct extensive user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data and translate it into actionable design improvements.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design processes and successful product launches.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a specialized design field is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a fast-paced technology or digital agency environment. Proven experience in managing complex design projects and leading design initiatives is essential for this senior-level position.

Salary
