Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Automation Engineer to join our specialized engineering team in Badi. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex control system architectures for large-scale industrial applications.
- Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and SCADA systems.
- Lead the commissioning and testing of automated production lines to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues in real-time industrial environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new automation technologies into existing manufacturing frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers and technicians.
Required Skills
- Expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider) and SCADA integration.
- Advanced knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and EtherNet/IP.
- Strong proficiency in electrical circuit design and control panel schematics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex system troubleshooting.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead technical teams.
Education
A Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field is required. A strong academic background in control theory and industrial automation is essential for success in this role.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, specifically within a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting. Proven experience in leading large-scale automation projects from design through to commissioning is highly preferred.
Salary
