Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecommunications Infrastructure Engineer to join our technical operations team in Barentu. This role is critical to the maintenance, optimization, and expansion of our national network infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee complex network deployments, ensure high availability of cellular services, and lead technical troubleshooting for large-scale hardware and software integrations. This position requires a deep understanding of radio access networks (RAN), core network architecture, and microwave transmission systems. As we continue to expand our footprint in the region, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our infrastructure meets the highest international standards for reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced telecommunications infrastructure projects across the Barentu region.
• Perform high-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex network outages and performance degradation issues.
• Conduct regular site audits and preventative maintenance schedules for base stations and microwave links.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies such as 5G and advanced IoT protocols.
• Manage technical documentation, including network diagrams, site surveys, and installation reports.
• Ensure all infrastructure deployments comply with local regulatory standards and international safety protocols.

Salary
