Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Aquaculture Systems Developer to join our team in Agordat, Eritrea. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sustainable aquaculture systems that promote efficient and environmentally friendly seafood production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aquaculture, experience in system design and development, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop sustainable aquaculture systems that promote efficient and environmentally friendly seafood production
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential aquaculture development opportunities
• Develop and implement aquaculture development plans that meet the needs of local communities and stakeholders
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, governments, and international organizations to ensure that our solutions are tailored to the specific needs of Eritrea’s aquaculture sector
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of aquaculture systems and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Skills

• Strong background in aquaculture, with a focus on sustainable aquaculture systems
• Experience in system design and development, with a focus on efficient and environmentally friendly seafood production
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with local stakeholders, governments, and international organizations

Education
