Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable materials solutions that meet the needs of our customers while minimizing our environmental impact
- Work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Develop and implement new products and processes that meet our sustainability goals
- Conduct research and development activities to improve the sustainability of our products and processes
- Collaborate with our suppliers to identify opportunities for sustainable materials sourcing
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Materials Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in materials science or a related field
- Strong knowledge of materials science and engineering principles
- Experience with sustainable materials and their applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
