Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Robotics Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tio, Eritrea. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robotic automation systems for manufacturing applications
- Program and configure industrial robots using specialized software and programming languages
- Conduct system integration with existing manufacturing equipment and processes
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and training to clients on robotic system operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized automation solutions
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in industrial robotics
- Document system designs, programming code, and implementation procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Optimize robotic systems for maximum efficiency and productivity
Required Skills
- Proficiency in robotic programming languages (KAREL, TP, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, and automation technology
- Experience with CAD software for system design and simulation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Familiarity with safety standards in industrial automation

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Robotics or Automation Engineering is preferred. Additional certifications in robotic programming or automation systems will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics programming, system integration, and automation engineering. Experience with FANUC robotic systems is highly desirable. Candidates should have a proven track record of successful robotic system implementations in manufacturing environments.
