Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor vessel schedules, ensuring alignment with port operations and cargo plans.
- Manage documentation processes, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and cargo manifests.
- Liaise with port authorities, shipping agents, and customers to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance.
- Optimize logistics workflows to reduce delays and improve efficiency in cargo handling.
- Track and report on cargo movements, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute logistics strategies for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations and company safety standards.
- Implement cost-saving measures and contribute to budget management for logistics operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of maritime logistics, port operations, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

Experience
3-5 years of experience in maritime logistics, supply chain coordination, or a related role, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry. Experience working in port environments or with international shipping companies is advantageous.
