Job Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic liaison between the business units and the HR function, driving talent initiatives that support Huawei’s growth objectives in Eritrea. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding, to attract high‑quality candidates.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, CIPD) is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or senior HR advisory role within the telecommunications or technology sector. Experience working in East Africa or similar emerging markets is preferred, as it demonstrates cultural adaptability and an understanding of regional talent dynamics.
Salary
Huawei offers a competitive compensation package ranging from SSP 150,000 to SSP 250,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and a comprehensive retirement plan.
