We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our growing advisory team. • Prepare detailed investment memorandums and valuation reports for high-net-worth clients.
• Analyze lease agreements and property operating expenses to assess asset performance.
• Collaborate with the property management team to optimize asset value and rental yields.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel-based valuation techniques.

Education

Salary
