Job Overview

The Senior Commercial Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in our Keren office, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial transactions and providing high-level legal advice to our corporate clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, and licensing deals.

Education

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial law practice or a high-level in-house legal department is required. Experience in international arbitration or cross-border transactions is highly desirable.

Salary
