Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager will play a critical role in our Barentu production facility. This position is responsible for overseeing all quality control processes, ensuring that all raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products comply with both national and international regulatory standards. You will lead a team of technicians and analysts to maintain rigorous testing protocols and implement corrective actions when deviations occur. This is a high-impact role that directly influences the safety and reputation of our brand in the local market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) across the production line.

  • Lead investigations into product quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians and laboratory staff.
  • Collaborate with the production and supply chain departments to optimize manufacturing processes.

  • Prepare detailed quality performance reports for senior management.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline is mandatory. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Quality Management is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a large-scale manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
