Job Overview

The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting the HR team in Asmara, Eritrea. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR administrative support, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administrative support, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration
  • Manage employee relations, including employee communications, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Eritrea
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Eritrea
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
